We hereby inform that, on 26th March, 2024, 18.600.000,00 EUR of bonds of company HEFESTO STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "HEFESTO/2023 - BOREAL - UP TO EUR 250.000.000 BOREAL ASSET-BACKED SECURITISATION NOTES DUE 2033", under the code HEFBOM (ISIN PTHEFBOM0033). These bonds are fungible with 76.200.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 94.800.000,00 EUR).
